Posiflex powers up its equipment

Unisystem presents an updated line of Posiflex professional POS equipment for automating retail establishments, hotels and restaurants, and other service sector businesses.
The main changes involve increases in the power and improvement of the overall technical specifications of the POS terminal product line.
Clear candidates for bestseller status are the KS-6700 series terminals with the new VIA Nano processor, which is 16% faster than the Intel Atom N270 used previously. There is an option for transitioning from ordinary hard disks to SSD hard drives, which contain no moving parts and provide high-speed data access. In addition to its excellent technical specifications, the KS-6700 series comes at competitive prices.
In the popular JIVA-8315E model the memory has been expanded to 8 GB DDR3 of RAM, with increased productivity, by using a more powerful Core 2 Duo 2.53 GHz processor.
Other new equipment from Posiflex includes the new KS-7700 series of fan-free POS terminals, which employ super-powerful Intel Core i5 processors and offer the possibility of a memory upgrade to 8 GB DDR3.These terminals are made with 15- or 17-inch screens.
